*Clarification: Resident refers to accomodation in the conference hotel not

FULL RESIDENT REGISTRATION

$680.00 for Early Registration (April 30th), $780.00 for Regular Registration (June 30).


FULL RESIDENT DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS
(4 nights hotel, conference & materials, tours, special events, 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches. 1 dinner, 1 banquet).
Those conference participants who would like to share hotel rooms may register at a reduced price. For hotel registration purposes you must include the name of the person with whom you will be sharing your room. That person must also be a full conference participant.
$530.00 (by April 30th 2004, Early Registration only).



ACCOMPANYING PERSONS (TO FULL RESIDENT PARTICIPANTS)

If you are accompanying a conference participant but not presenting or participating in the conference yourself, please register as an accompanying person. Please include the name of the person with whom you will be sharing a room. That person must be a full conference participant.
$290.00 Early Registration, $360.00 Regular Registration

DAY REGISTRATION
(no hotel, all events for day(s) of registration, plus meals but excluding evening events)
$110.00 per day.



CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A refund of the fee paid less an administration fee of 20% of the total fee will be given for cancellations received after May 1st, 2004 but before July 1st, 2004. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this, or for non-arrivals. Substitutions may be made at no extra charge, but must be notified to the organizers.
