Allison Turner is a graduate research assistant with the Center for Environmental Policy and Management at the University of Louisville. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Centre College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Louisville. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Louisville. Her current research and dissertation topic explore the role of participatory democracy in local economic development affairs, brownfields redevelopment, and urban agriculture.
