Allison Houlihan is a graduate research assistant with the Center for Environmental Policy and Management at the University of Louisville. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Centre College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Louisville. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Louisville with a focus in Urban Policy Administration. Her specific areas of interest include community development, environmental, and housing policy.
