Isabella is a graduate research assistant with the Center for Environmental
Policy and Management. She holds degrees in Spanish and Political Science,
and is currently enrolled in the Urban and Public Affairs Ph.D. program at
the University of Louisville. Her research interests include environmental
policymaking and negotiations processes, municipal climate change policies, and the political cultures and experiences of urban utopian communities.
