Susan M. Opp is an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University in the Department of Political Science.  From 2004 to 2007, she was a Graduate Research Assistant with the Center for Environmental Policy and Management. Her current research focuses heavily on the government’s role in the facilitation of brownfield remediation and redevelopment.  She continues to collaborate on work with the Center on a variety of environmental policy topics.
