Dr. Thomas Lambert Tom Lambert is a Louisville native who holds a BA and a MBA from the University of Louisville as well as a MS in Economics from the University of Kentucky. He finished his PhD at the University of Louisville in 1997 and currently teaches business and economics at St. Catharine College in St. Catharine, KY. He has had publications in Social Science Quarterly, Economic Development Quarterly, Journal of Economic Issues, and Transportation Journal. His other areas of research interest are enterprise zones, the living wage, and the trucking industry.
