Tara Lynne Clapp is an Instructor with the Department of Community and Regional Planning at Iowa State University. She teaches Environmental Law, Sustainable Communities and an Introduction to Environmental Planning. From 1999 to 2001, she was a Post Doctoral Research Associate with the Center for Environmental Policy and Management. Her research links environmental thought and literature to policy.

She continues to collaborate on work with the Center concerning the application of concepts of property and rights to shared urban problems of environmental quality.
